Who is this NOT for?
This coaching is not, however, for those who suffer from complex sleep issues such as sleep apnea. Nor is it intended to form a part of a diagnosis. That's where you need to reach out to your health care provider and specialized sleep clinic.
What is the 60 minute call about?
As a qualified life coach, I offer an One to One online Sleep Coaching Session where I work with you to find the true source of your sleeplessness and design an action plan with you, so that you can put in place straight away.

Who am I, and how can I help you?
My name is Gillian Duncan, and for many years I let insomnia get the better of me.
Over the years I have suffered from sleep deprivation caused by many reasons including health issues, stress, anxiety, noisy environments and having children.
I also had times when I didn't respect the importance of my sleep for my own health.
This led me to neglect my sleep and this eventually had an impact on my health, including weight gain.
During my own journey to resolve my sleep issues, I discovered many ways that you can help yourself find that rest at night.
With this experience and my background knowledge in biomedical sciences (neuroscience), psychology, and complementary therapies, I decided to write the book Sleep: Cure Your Insomnia, Improve Your Health & Feel Better Now, so that I could share my findings with others and to help them find that path to a better night’s sleep.
As a qualified life coach, my main focus is Sleep Coaching, and I have been a guest on many interviews covering this topic.
